About Us
Impact Urban America was founded by Rosey Grier and Estean
Lenyoun in 1992. Initially founded as "Rosey Grier's American
Neighborhood Enterprises - Construction, Development, Consulting". Then
came Vista Grande Oasis and No Compromise Communities. These culminated
with the vision and inception of "Impact Urban America".
IUA's highly qualified team combines humanitarian involvement, leadership training, business and strategic consulting into services that will make profound changes to the urban landscape.
